I was chatting with my friend Lauren and we both decided to do a challenge together: delete our “problem” apps off our phones for 30 days.
For me, this looked like nixing:

And we both made it!
It can be SO hard to justify removing Instagram (I use it every day for my job, and it’s the #1 way new potential clients find my business!)—but my amazing team supported me by checking my DMs, flagging things for my response, and creating the best quality content that I reviewed off the app.

None of this is groundbreaking—but I wanted to share this challenge with you guys, too.
It helped me realize how I can best care for my most important muscle—my brain. Maybe meditation will be next! 👀
Tell me—have you ever deleted social apps? How did it make you feel? Send me a DM over on Instagram at @hellojunecreative—I love hearing from you guys! 💌
